The biggest issue I feel is , can you or do you have off grid energy you can use?
can you create a insulated area to store your water and use solar/batteries/grid with heating lamp/ pads to keep the freeze off?

I'd rig it to a thermostat to turn on when the temp dipped below 32 and turn off when it it hits a temp you're comfortable with. (38 degrees say?)
No idea how feasible (or expensive) that could be since you mentioned drums.
crazy idea, create a solar pipe loop (black pipe with antifreeze solution) and run it into your storage area, during the day the sun can heat the black pipe up and you pump that warmer water into your storage area with black pipe looped around to release the heat into your area. Won't be much but may be enough?
I'd have it set on a timer so it doesn't push cold water thru at night. Either way it's going to take some trial and error.

I found these intersting bags, bought both the box kind (ease of moving them) and some generic ones without box but a bit thicker. We have a dug out concrete room under the house, ~7 x7 x 4'H where our pump and plumbings are. Dirt floor. I'll try these and put them down there. If they freeze when we leave winter after next, and burst even though they will be underfilled, it's a dirt floor so no worries. We'll still be here next winter so the house will be heated but we'll have them if needed!

or check out the 7G water storage from walmart. less than full, they shouldn't burst with freezing.

Pole shift coming? Possibly some time between 2030 and 2050.

Saw the video and then had a look at the website. Very interesting. I'm going to keep an eye on it, to see if the acceleration continues.

Hard to predict exactly what the impact will be. But I'm sure that normal life would be difficult for many months. Preppers with long term supplies, and the ability to live off-grid, will have a good advantage, if they survive the initial upheaval.
