Family has three houses. We bring the entire winters worth in every year. Never had a problem with bugs roaming around. If anything they’ll stick to their homes and get burnt up.

Here’s mommas supply. She had a house fire so EVERYTHING from the house has to be removed. She usually gets another load or two every year. She runs the stove wether she needs it or not

If you have a fish tank the larvae are a treat. I frequently see them as I split but never see them on dry wood.

 

Masonry house with oak joists. It’s fine structurally. Smoke damage throughout tho. Moms OK. It’ll be tough on her but she’s a tuffy. Thanks for asking.
