    Did you guys see where people were cutting burls out of those several millennia-old redwoods? Leaving the tree for dead! What a sad shame, these trees are not only national treasures, they are GLOBAL ICONS......some of the oldest living creatures on earth.... (well, there's a couple guys on here that may have them beat....:rofl: :lol::whistle::zip:)

    How long before the rounds would be seasoned?? Can you imagine- 18" rounds in those diameters? And the lengths of the stacks, once split??
    If given a choice, I believe I'd buy propane vs. cutting that sucker down. 3200 yrs. deserves respect.
    "Lifetime of Firewood" always makes me think of "Hometree" from Avatar. Now that!- was s'lotta wood. ;)
