Swags used his 034 cover. I guess you don't have to have a C-M saw to play. ;)

Somebody's gonna call us out soon on this.... :hair: :p

Need to make sure I get the right angle on it..not square on bit off to the rear just a bit and not quite centered in the avatar.

So this site has become a brand bashing, new tech is better than old, modded is better than stock chainsaw site like all the others?

My brand... mostly stock, they all take orange screwdrivers:

I have owned/run a lot of other saw brands that worked just fine, but screw all the Chicom crap out there.

That's a pretty unfair statement. This group is pretty chill, with few exceptions. Some embrace new tech... others like their old gear. Nothing wrong with either. No need to make blanket generalizations.

Wow , you disappear for months and pop back in with this? Having a bad night?

Some of us buy the new tech, fix the old, and run/appreciate both.

So says the guy who has 2 m-tronics, a couple traditional carb'd vertical cylinder saws, a couple early 70s Homelites, a gaggle of Chinese clones, and will work on just about anything that gets dragged into the shop.

It's simple saw folks like to tinker! I for one don't like most Stihl saws HOWEVER I do love my 021! I think it's about the person and the feel of the saw more than anything. As for chicom saws they are just plain fun to blow up...

C'mon Stihlhead......who's doing the bashing? I can tell you from meeting several dozen of our memberss in person just a couple weeks ago that we have the best group of people on the 'net.....

As far as bashing old vs. New? I showed up at the GTG with two antique saws, ran the pizz out of 'em, didn't win a single damm race and no one bashed me.....

To each his own around here, lighten up and enjoy it for what it is......A great group of people. Having fun with saws and wood.......

    You came back, didn't ya!!:p:cool:
