Poplar logs

    So, I've finally been able to get out to cut into this stuff the last couple weeks. No idea how much yet....I just keep cutting.
    However, the weather is great today, so I managed to get the splitter started and got it down to the processing area today. Had to fill the same tire that was flat last year. :picard:
    Went to town for more gas after all that, then split 8 rounds. Yep, 8. :rofl: :lol: Was a bit muddy, but the ground isn't fully thawed yet.

    Cut into some of the older Poplar and a little of the Cottonwood yesterday too. Most is still frozen together, so I'm cutting off log ends.

    We have the warmest day so far. 92°...if was foggy and cool this morning, glad we got done cutting grass by 3:00.

    Was $1.79 couple days ago for 87, today it was down to $1.59. Need to refill the truck tomorrow.
