    First year growing them and I'm going to have right around a billion of them. Need some recipe ideas please.

    @Grizzly Adam can you correct my title spelling to poblano?

    A million uses. Sauteed, grilled, stuffed, etc. I even use them to make pesto.

    Maybe a few Jalapenos to crack that fever! Never heard of Poblano until I saw your post, yelled out to the wife asking, shes yells back it's a "pepper".
    I'd be interested to know more.

    I like em smoked
    Stuffed
    Grilled
    Stuffed and grilled
    Stuffed and smoked

    One of my favorite stuffing is a mixture of chorizo, Spanish rice, pico, and cheese

    Or this uses up alot of em below

    Smoked and dehydrated then ran into the coffee grinder to make a Poblano powder
    Many other uses in Mexican dishes. Look up some Bobby flay recipes using them

    stuff them like any green bell pepper, rice, ground beef, sausage, touch of taco/fajita seasoning..tasty stuff

    A suggestion - Padrons and Italian frying peppers (long and thin skinned) are amazing, especially sautéed.
