Lights are done and now I have found more issues to fix in that half grrr.. On the BRIGHT side I have a bulb with a Bluetooth speaker built into it installed Now to finish pulling all the wires hanging down and properly hang them. Some pretty bad stuff in that half of my basement.. fun times ahead and yes the drain pipe is holding up the duct work....
I nominate TurboDiesel as our official FHC Plumbing "go to guy". Dude, I can tell you know your stuff.
1/2" from the hot water tank to the fixtures is a great idea...warms things up pretty quick...no loss of flow or pressure with modern low flow fixtures
That looks about like some of the farms we service! What are the peristaltic pumps used for in this picture? We use them on chemicals most of the time.
Sodium Hypochlorite. We are replacing chlorine gas systems in water plants. A lot safer to handle and DHS thinks that terrorists will steal the 1 ton gas cylinders and use them for dirty bombs.
We just ditched the 1 ton cyl. for a bank of 150# cyls...a lot less paper work involved too. Depends on your feed rate if you can get away with 150's though. Nice to see the M series pump being used...we recently switched to a peristaltic pump for fluoride feed...found out pretty quick we were sold a "cheap" pump...should have used the M series.
Any talk of adding ammonia there? Probably the next big thing. At least in the bigger plants. Say, 6-8 MGD and up. Your probably around 2-4 MGD if your using the 150# tanks?
We sell Chlorine, various acids, sanitizers, detergents, laundry detergents, hoof bath and more. We install them All over the place in farms.
