damm, didn't get this until after. Will post a pic of the haul, though. 33-50% mulberry, some silver Maple and a good amount of what I fear to be sycamore. But the pickings were slim, that ash was gone.

Nothing wrong with Sycamore. Just as good if not better than silver maple.

Got back into town and checked our local tree dump. There was a big something out there so we came home tossed off our load and went back out and got almost another load. Pics will be up shortly.

Less mulberry than I had thought, close to a third of the load. image.jpg

Runs good, but I need to speed up the low idle and have a look at the kill switch, I noticed that it didn't always kill.

Looks like American Elm? (Pizz Elm)?

As for LA. Is it bogging? Or is the idle to low?

And the switch? Take the filter cover and filter off. This will show exactly whats going on. If the wire and clip are making good contact? Then follow the wire under the recoil and make sure its properly grounded and that the electrical connection is tight and/or ground screw is tight.

Yep that's American elm. Burs good and drys fast. Hope u have hydraulics!! Yea dex is right L screw will be bumped up if its bogging when u grab throttle or if its a hard start. Will increase idle speed potentially but if that's all u want you want to adjust LA screw. Make sure air filter is clean.

It will die if I let it idle for more than about 30 seconds. And doesn't pizz elm have a destiny odor, or would I not smell it on such a cold day.
