    That’s with all of the modifications? Are you happy with it or does it need more tinkering?

    Surprisingly even temps on all grates so the flame tamer was 100% success. yesterday was above 0 and no wind.
    The baffle I welded in also worked...a little to well...I'm over temp by about 50° now where I was under temp by about 50° before the mod.im going to drill a hole in it to attempt to let a little heat hit the RTD,see if it smooths out. Today is 4° with blizzard conditions so no R&D

    took a small loss...no big deal..moving on ill put the $ to a LSG pipe cooker

    you may have a timer controller on yours and not a PID...they have something wrong in the algorithm...3 controllers in 4 weeks...im done...i could make it work with a patriot control for another $300 but then i would have a flimsy pos with an expensive controller and be into it for over a $1000
