I've got 4 chains now that need attention like that. Not looking forward to a 41" loop of full comp .404", 32" full comp, 28" full comp, and I think a 2nd 28" full comp. Might have to send them to Pete to get straightened out.

I could sit by the firepit and cut wood across the yard with that baby.

    088. I have 2 loops for the 48" bar for it also. One .404" full comp and one 154dl 3/8" skip. It's a whole lot of teeth to touch up when milling. I'm hoping to come up with a 60" soon so I can max my 56" mill out.

Mike, are you filing those milling chains round or square?

Good question as I don't do square chisel filing.

I can't square file on the bar with the mill. If I have them off I do square file them. If I had tried it out first instead of listening to everyone about square not milling good I wouldn't have sold my grinder. I do round file the touch up on the mill.

Pete they just need the damage taken off them. I don't mind a good round filed/ground chain for milling. For falling I want square.

If I get the 60" the 41" is sold so I won't be needing it done. When I get home in a few days I'll get some chains boxed and sent to you.
