No matter what, I don't think any amount of training/complaining is going to change them!

Before 2008 people here were making some really good money a dime at a time. Picking bottles from the center medium and ditches east and west bound I 69, M24 and M15. Didn't even have to declare income taxes either. Since 2008 it has gotten a little tougher as people have relized all those bottles and cans pitched were dimes so don't do it as often.

Some times you may have a old piece of Pizza you don't want any longer.

I also like taking all those carts not in corrals and surrounding the PUKES car.

Park in the cart corral, then you'll be protected from scratches. Heck, some places you even might get a roof so you won't melt.

I never park by the corral. There's lazies that do 75-90% of the job and say
    " that's a passing grade, I'll leave it 2 ft from it's home"

I have yet to see a cart left in the lot at Aldi. And quite often, someone will offer you their cart as you're going in.

After being in Florida for a week, in a room on the 8th floor with a view of the ocean, and a partial view of parking lots, I am happy to say that there's less idiots here than at the beach. OMG are some people absolutely horrible at parking.

or you see a older couple pull into the handicap spot. He stays in the car while the wife just about sprints across the lot to the store, all the while he is hiding behind the sun visor and the handicap placard. She then returns to the car pushing a tri-axle dump truck load of goods. He then barely hobbles out of the car an opens the trunk for her to off load. She then leaves the cart where she empties it and they drive away......................

There is a family with a Lincoln navigator who parks in handicapped spots while their teens go into the store.

I do not look handicap. No crutches, no obvious deformities. The skin on my face is tightening so at a quick glance I can appear younger than I am too. It's very hurtful when people give me dirty looks in the handicap parking spots, and especially in the store when I drive the electric carts. Granted I am unable to "rush" in or out of a store or anywhere, period, but who would notice that?

The handicap space abusers pizz me off !
There are more than a dozen spaces at Wallyworld and the last time i took dad there, every spot was full.
There are many that need to have a PD plate or placard, and you may not "see" their disability, but there are many that are abusing the placards or using placards that were intended for someone else.
