Gary, you have some good friends. Worry not about the smart thing. Funny that a neighbor and I were talking about buying things and I'm still considering buying a new tractor. We were talking about dealing with salesmen and I suggested to him that many times it sort of pays to act dumb just to find out what sort of a guy you are dealing with. Well, with me, that sort of comes natural... But really it does sometimes pay. An honest man will not try to take advantage but if you have a bad one you can find out right away then go to a different dealer.

Yeah, I would think he should let you use the cottage for a couple weekends this coming summer anyway! You know, from Memorial day weekend through Labor day weekend!
