    That's the result of the initial excitement of a well running stove, but that will wear off......typically pellet burners clean the pot/firebox about every 4-5 days. Some have been known to go WAYYYYYYYYYY past that, but that's another story. :whistle:

    I tend to be a little lazy and go a little longer than average.. But it's taken 6-7 years of burning to know how long I can go, based on my stove/burning/technique.

    As a first year burner? You will clean more than you should. But it's a good thing. Like your first year with a wood stove. Better to check and know. Rather than to assume your good to go.
