This morning I started the debug so see whats up. This part I won't show much as it involves power to the board and "IS" a shock hazard. But I will show where to check them. The relays are 5 volt dc triggered to close the contacts of the 120v AC power to the auger motor. Red arrow is the relay at fault.

This is the relay in question!!

Red dots are the 5v DC location points to check. Black dots are the 120v AC location points to check.

Note: on the white sticker/label with C-11652 written is the firmware revision.

Got the relay off the board and I don't have the exact relay in stock. I tried the relay I have from the Omega board but it does not work!! :(

Shucks!! For some odd reason it uses a lower wattage to activate the relay from what I can figure. 150 watts. My instock relay is 300 watts? I'm not sure the board power has enough to switch the relay??

This thing has me stumped! I've got a call into the real mad scientist on this one. An ex work mate that is far more geekier than me! I mean a real nerd or electro magician as we used to call him!

OEM relay is either a special order or so freakin expensive its nuts. I thinx we need to re-engineer the circuit so the cheaper more readily available relays(like the ones on my Omega board) actually work without causing a safety hazard!!
