About 80 percent of New York's fresh surface water, over 700 miles of shoreline, and 40 percent of New York's land area expanding over 33 counties are contained in the drainage basins of Lake Ontario, Lake Erie, and the St. Lawrence River. Sustaining life, providing recreation, and supporting local and regional economies, the Great Lakes are a true natural legacy to the people of New York.

It be along the shores of a great lake or so.

I'm doubtful the price is going to move much .
Raw material is the bottleneck . Has been and will be for awhile.
Transportation costs even though fuel is down a bit aren't going to decrease. Diesel actually hasn't come down as much as gas has. Transportation labor and equipment costs are increasing daily.
It's not even officiaLEE winter yet. Real cold is right around the corner. People still use pellets even with oil down and milder temps.

We got a nice Christmas email from national grid informing us our electric rates will be increasing by 23.6% after the first of the year. Just love a good monopoly!!!!

Ours is set to increase another 20 some odd percent as well. Since the Halloween storm and Sandy crushed our grid, They got the OK to raise prices and revamp the system. Bet nothin actually gets changed except the rates!!

Thinking of going PV grid tied just to mess with the utility and other entities.

I should be able to be net zero in the electricity department without crushing the roof.

Be thankful that's all. I think ours are going up over 30% in March.
