    Fire was in the old BagHouse!
    It shows the fire coming out and fully engulfing the firemen for a few secs!! Just like the movie Back Draft!! Very scary!!! :hair: :startled:

    That video wasn't here. But, baghouse fires are impossible to put out.
    Ours is sealed on the bottom and we have blast doors on the baghouse to prevent explosions like that.
    They (firemen) keep fire from spreading then once it's burnt out we have to replace all the bags and the wiring and seals for the purge system.
    We use spark detection with rapid abort gates that is supposed to prevent baghouse fires but a spark somehow made it through this time. The system has saved the baghouse several other times.
    I suspect this spark had something to do with the recent forced shutdowns last week because of peak electrical usage in New England.
