    THANKS

Just getting to the point that the extended lifting and climbing is tough on this old gal.

Anything that makes life easier is really fine in my book.

Looking to refine things even more as we go through the next load (Final for this season)

Contemplating possible other mods to the dumpster, but still thrashing out the details to come up with an "is it worth it" answer.

The best changes are going to be just getting the sequence of things down to a good rhythm.

Once the "Sucker" is running it's a pretty easy task with 5 minutes or so of little to do but watch and keep the suck hose just right so it does not over load.

Sure sweet now when it comes time to screen the shells into buckets to go upstairs, and not having all the fine dust billowing up in your face.

The trip through the vac system removes 99% of that stuff.

Helps when dumping the stuff in the stove too and not getting the dust.

What would be really sweet is a large tank in the basement that we could fill and not have the barrels to deal with.

Ahh well. "If wishes were horses then beggars would ride"

Just really happy with the vast improvement.

Are you doing your own oil change or having it done? If having it done, I agree with your philosophy as they tn to charge way too much for full synth.

If doing it yourself, you can get a 5 quart Mobil 1 jug and a Fram XG (what I use) at Wally world for about 30 bucks.

Not always. I have replaced many brake pads and used the old rotors (without turning them) with no issues. Again this is DIY so IF you have an issue later on, just replace the rotors then.

If the pedal inst pulsating at the time of pad change, chances are you are OK.

Very true, the rotors are not nearly as pricey as the old days. This being said, if the mechanic isnt gouging the price of the rotors, go ahead and replace for peace of mind.

    Keep it up buddy !!!!
My best was 195 many years ago and that was actually really good for my build. My doc wanted 180-told him that will NEVER happen -just isnt in my make up. Man, I would love to be at 195 again.

It is based upon height, weight, age, and sex.

Yes, I am aware. But doesn't take in to consideration body fat% or bone structure. I am 6'0 190lb. Bmi is like 25.5.
By their logic I would be better off at 137.

Actually, if you plug in 6'0" and 137, it states that you are unhealthy at a very low weight (unless you are a WHO aficionado, then you are normal).

I wonder if you can get the pellets directly to ur storage area with the vac with the barrels (or a big plywood box).
Would need piping (with approriate ground wire) from storage area to outside. 2 people needed. One to suck from the bid container outside, the other to control the vac and move the hoses, etc around as needed.

Unfortunately, rotors on some foreign vehicles (which I have) must be gold-plated based on their cost.

Exactly, who's calculator do you believe?? I don't believe any. Most say "normal" for my height, sex and age is about 137 to 178. So by being 190 I am more unhealthy than at 137. Which I believe to be a crock.

Seem like a dream to be a "healthy" weight, and a nightmare getting there. I am loosing wt. I'm down 32 lbs., however, that is but a drop in the bucket for what I need to do. When someone looses 32 lbs, and no one notices, that ought to send a huge message. I haven't eaten a slice of bread, a bite of pasta or rice, and no sweets since I started in earnest in 26 July. I also avoid processed foods. I just don't like junk food. I never did like any of those packaged cakes and cookies. I really miss things like apple pie, pumpkin pie, blueberry pie, homemade cookies and doughnuts, and my homemade bread. Seems odd not having a good chunk of bread with soups and stews. No Sunday morning pastry with my coffee. Need to get use to it.
