imacman , please remind me what the 3-in-one oil is for and where it goes? The motor, right? 3 in one oil is too vague to search the posts. Thanks and sorry to bother you.

After my stroke I used a cane for a while.

Still keep it in the car for times when we need to walk any distance.

Every so often I sample the dirt, but I usually am doing something like crawling around in the rough.

Hard to look cool when you're flopping around on the dirt though

My neighbor came over with his little Hoe and we lifted the cab off the old army truck project.

Took very little time and no fuss at all.

Now we can get after the frame and make things happen.

Space heater destroys house and family loses 4 pets.

I hate those electric space heaters and people use them all the time. We had a receptionist at work who was allowed to use a small one by her desk as she was always cold but I had to finally take it away from her as she could never remember to turn it off at the end of the day.

wildwest The oil ports on the convection blower motor. 2-3 drops in each port about every 1 1/2 months of steady burning. If you need the pics of the ports, let me know.

I remember a squirrel cage and rubber hole plugs to take off to add the oil. Is that correct? Thanks :)

X2 But glad he made a day of it.

Rained all day here and stuck inside doing honey do list stuff. Caught the last of the cup race and all of the exfinity race. Currently watching the Jays/Rangers game. Wife made Corned beef and cabbage. Very tastey with some Sammie Oktoberfest's.... Mmmmmm!!

We'll tackle the caaa tomorrow morning after breakfast and hopefully get a few hours to do some bank fishing.

Typically, it looks like the 1st pic.....I put a small piece of duct tape over the holes to keep dust out. My old Astoria DID have the rubber plugs like the 2nd pic, though.

Yeah, I need new sneakers for the Explorer. Their still "good" but won't be by the time inspection comes around in April so I'm going to replace them prior to snow flying (weird, doesn't that sound just like an echo - including the inspection month?). Since this is my winter vehicle, and I don't get to do "snow days" at work (either place), and I live 30 miles from where I work (including an uphill/downhill of 600 ft in 2 miles), then I need to count on my tires.

Bit chilly aye? Gonna let er warm up a bit before we go work on the putput...........

Did a lil more tire investigating. Blizacs used to be numero uno in the winter tire tests. Looks like Nokian has taken that away. With Michelin number 2.... Best value looks to be Continental..... Hmmm! Wished they tested the General Artic's. Was pretty happen with them on the Fusion.
