Thanks Smoke. I was going to try and repair the TB(pull the cover and clean the contacts-Add some no ox to the contacts ect) . My luck I'd only fudge it up. :emb:

Why go used when new will do! :D

Not real familiar with Fords but GM didn't make the harness any longer then needed and the stress would raise hell with the terminals.

My outboard had a PCM issue(no power) couple seasons ago. Dealer couldn't find the issue. Nearly stranded us on the lake. Popped the bonnet and happened to lean on the cable with key on and saw the PCM light up. Wiggle the harness and they went off. Located the nearest connector and there was a wire that so nicely slipped out of the connector. Cut one of the wire ties to give it some slack to get back to the ramp. Ended the day early. A lil snip-solder and a tuck had it going. And zero dollars except for my time.

1998 F250 idle air valve sticking. Wouldn't idle without keeping you foot on the gas. Grab a wrench and whack it. Good to go for couple of months. Finally changed it after missing it with a pizzed off whack and busted the connector. :emb:

Barrington. I went to pick up lunch at 1:15 yesterday and the truck temp said 77 degrees. Came down to about 74 as I drove. It was tough to go back to work.

The temp drops like a rock as soon as the sun starts going down though. I think it was in the high fifties at home by 7:30 last night.

If we could have this weather all year, I would be a happy camper. Mid/upper 70's by day and 40's/low 50's at night.

Joeys got the day off from school. Was surprised to see him up before I left for work. Because the car is down. He's dropping mom off at work and going fishing. I was shocked mom let him use the truck.............

I just hope he doesn't forget to pick mom up.

Top 10 day for sure !!

AC is out and window is cleaned up. It always looks funny after the unit is out and the window is wide open again.

1:20 temp of 73 and loving it
