Have been away from the forum for a while my first child has taken a lot of time but it has been amazing getting back into winter mode I picked up another ton of pellets today and have a half of a tri axle load of logs coming next week to work up. I am splitting them with a buddy I am currently just stockpiling as I do not yet burn wood trying to get three years ahead and have been eyeing a Kuma.

Messed around in the garage for a bit, ran to the store to get some bolts to finish a project, and on the entrance to Family Farm and Home was the 'pellet sales are limited to one ton per customer' sign. There was one ton of pellets left. Michigan pellets. They have a few skids of cherry pits though.

Yesterday Menards had Magic Spark. I've got plenty so I left those for others who don't have pellet hoarding tendencies. :)

Welcome back bro! Glad to see that new truck has been treating you well!

I just got 6 ton of Presto-Logs myself. Pretty good pellet, IMO.

Are you ready for this coming season? Got some good wood I bet!!

I really like it. I have been considering putting that down in the kitchen. We had a new refrigerator that was installed by Sears. The ice maker wasn't installed right and the floor was damaged. That was a floating floor that looks like tile. That ones was $4 a square foot. I am thinking your floor is a better option. I have in on the floor by front door. It has been there for over 5 years and looks as new as when it first went down.

Thanks Larry , you the one that turned me on to it :D it looks so real it's 100% water proof easy to work with, score with a utility knife and snap to cut to size.

Had my first burn last weekend to take a chill out and more so to make sure everything is working properly. Looks like burns are going to be more frequent beginning tonight and also may have to break out the big boy pants as it wont be shorts weather like last week was. :(

I guess I'm not the only one wearing shorts this late in the season.

I may be checking into the flooring as my carpets are now 20 years old and getting very worn. I like wall to wall carpet on bare feet, but its not good for the allergies that Teresa has.

I had wall to wall carpet. I now put area carpets down. If they get soiled, out they go for cleaning or toss out. Easy to replace. When you have allergies and pets, wall to wall carpet is a menace. I did a 14 mm thick floating floor in the living room, hall and stairs. I put treads on the stairs with Velcro. The dogs fall on stairs without treads. These treads peel right off and go into the washer. Love the new floor. So easy to keep up with. I hired the main floors done, but did the stairs myself. They did the floors in one day. It took me two weeks to do the stairs. I did the stairs because of cost. Very labor intensive because the stairs needed a lot of work to get them ready, and there are so many cuts with stairs. I had wanted real wood, but I was cautioned against that because of my pets. Scratching would be an issue with real wood. None seen with this floor.
