You folks are doing a great job.

Gonna be a sweet place for all the cool engines and stuff

The ice and water shield is great stuff.
We recently had the house here re-roofed and the contractor insisted that the I&W was absolutely the way to go.

Here are a couple of pic's of the engine i found on the web. looks like it's late 1920's or so, since the company stopped shipping engines in 1932. The link is below

I've come across some weird chit over the years but this one is a head scratcher. Was investigating a commercial power outage last week that took out some surge equipment at one of my sites. Had a weird smell coming from a stepdown transformer. I pulled the side cover and saw what I thought was a round cardboard punchout sitting on top of one of the stacks. I grab my flashlight and took a look, and low and behold it appears to be a Tastykake laying on top of the one stack. The Hub was built out 16 years ago so I'm not sure if it's from then or if somehow it fell in over the years. Funny thing it it's 120 degrees on top of that stack and the chocolate never melted......head scratcher...the smell was not related to the Tastykake though, one of the stacks must have taken a hit from the surge last week.

    Well now

Looks like the puter project is winding down for now.

Installed shorter SATA cables to the drives to clean up the TANGLE and get it as neat as possible.
Added an extender to the CPU power cable and tied it up neatly out of the way.

Added some cable tie clamps on the wood piece the swing mount attaches to so the video, audio and USB printer cable plus the main 120v cord are neat and tidy.

Washed the "Front window" and it's good to go.

    Ohhhh, almost forgot.

One of the DVD drives (Supposed to be a mfg refurbished) was DOA, and I got a replacement today and swapped it out.

Now both drives work properly. :D

Still wish I could jump right onto the water pumper kit :(

Here are a couple pix of things as they stand.

Cool screen when she lites off

Sooooo, how Tasty was the Tastykake ? :p

I wouldnt be surprised if it was there since day one. Years ago as a mechanic at a dealership a customer had a car with an odd noise on acceleration, hard stopping or hard cornering. After checking everything we could think of, finally had to remove the headliner. Found a bottle with a note in it-"How long did it take to find the noise?" Smartazz at the factory :hair:
