Amongst my everyday Saturday chores, and in deciding I wasn't going to ever get a tent set up for my spare 6 tons of pellets (the ones I won't be using this year - if I need them, it will be an epic winter and I'm moving!), I decided to winterize them. When I had them delivered during the spring fire sales, I had wrapped them in 4 mil plastic. Sometime during the week a branch fell producing a large tear along a fold line so I needed something different (pellets were fine since they were still bagged too). Found a 16' x 20' heavy duty tarp at TSC and commenced to removing the old torn plastic and tarping it up. Finished by wrapping with stretch plastic. I think they will stay good for a while.

Joey and I got a decent day in on the lake yesterday. Caught a few, But it was hot!! About 4 :30 the bite dwindled and we started packing it in. Home by 5:30 and got the cover on flash just before the rain. Hit the local mom and pops for some take out. Baked ziti for me and it was tasty. Couple a shipyard summer ale's and I was out. Too much heat and sun.

Getting a good bit of rain this morning. Nice day to just sleep in and a break from the heat!! :singingintherain:

    I know, right.

Someone in Littleton NH also hit for 1 Million. I hope it was local that needs the money and not someone with a $$$$ camp there.

There was also a $50k winner. None of them were me - they showed the stores, and they aren't where I bought mine so haven't even looked yet. I was surely just a donor

Rain has stopped here and the lake is like glass.

Might have to grab a rod and go play some more. Topwater blasts is just way too fun to miss out on!!

Here in Oregon we have non ethanol premium at the pump.
This is what we put in our Smart car

The "Widdle car" requires premium fuel and gets better mileage on the non alky stuff

Strange how the fuel availability from one area to the next is so different.

I would see what it looks like at half to three quarter load before making any adjustments.

Edit:As I caught up on this thread I see a few folks already mentioned to do something like this. Ignore

I always wonder why they make small cars who's one huge advantage is mpg, and then recommend premium fuel, which can be in the neighborhood of 30% more than the cheap chit.

Greetings IHP - Thanks for the feedback, all suggestions are absolutely valued & appreciated from everyone here.

Being able to view and dial-in (Hz) on the GenSet now, vs. when it's :shiver: outside is a good thing,
let's just say I'm a 'highly motivated' individual in making sure this is all set here. :heidi:

    :picard::salute: :D

No testing done yesterday (weather), but everything's been checked, we are all setup to do so - Wednesday's looking good, weather permitting.

Bringing trash to the town dump, er, "Transfer/Recycling Station" is the highlight activity today - then gotta get back to IT work .. :coffee: Have a great day everyone ! :drunk:
