If the hamburger was 1/3 pound, one slice of bacon, and one tablespoon parmesan cheese, they add up to close to 500 cal each. eat two and you got it 1000 cal. A normal slice of bacon is about 40 cal. and the parmesan is 22 cal. The veggies don't count. So all in all, not a bad way to eat a hamburger. A hamburger with one slice of American cheese (96 cal) has more calories. Add a tablespoon of mayo for another 57 cal.
One beer can hamburger, no bun, and a side salad, a beverage, and you have it without popping a button.

    Getting it together finally

Got the home office looking pretty good now
Scrapped the small PC monitor and wire KB and mouse
Scared up a 46 inch screen for $150

Went with a wireless KB and mouse

    Really cleaned things up

    More paint still gotta flow
I can see the light at the end of the tunnel

I've had a few of those deep fryers. Every time I get one, it up and disappears. Me thinks the wife has a hand in my not being able to find it.

I would like to know if you continue to be happy having a screen that is across the room from where you are working. I don't know if my eyes could take it. When I am working on my spreadsheets etc, I need them in front of my much as I would if they were paper. I would with two monitors. both good size so I can have several documents opened up at once. I normally just open two.

Had some issues with the big screen that albeit were no biggy, just required the remote to adjust stuff.

The guy had lost the remote. :(

I found a factory one on ebay and bought it, but its a week away and I WANT THE THING WORKING.

Stopped off at the gypo electronics supply and bought one of those two bit "UNIVERSALS"

Really hokey remote, and not all the functions work, but it allowed me to adjust the screen so my "Puter" displays right.

    Happy camper now :D:D:D:D

Not much in the way of serious work got done today, just cleaning up and tossing out junk that should have been tossed long ago.

Tomorrow it is back to slopping paint on the wall and if the weather permits I will be able to set up the miter saw and cut more baseboard.

I have a 42" in my little cave and it's about 6-7 feet away from me.

Have had it now for 2-1/2 years and love it.

I have the progressive type glasses and sitting close to a monitor (on a desk) kills me trying to keep things in focus.

The big screen is right in the "Sweet spot" for me anyway.

The one we just set up is not normally for long duration use, but short term things when a client is in.

I was just sick of the cables and stuff all over the counter and having the computer sitting out in the room.

Now it is all neat and tidy with only the mouse and k b on the counter.

Chilly and overcast. Might get some showers too. Skipping the lake today and doing chores instead. Might hit the water tomorrow if the wind isn't too rough............
