Take it easy on the guy, he likely is bald and haggard looking.

Here we are at the bingging of a long weekend Holiday. No plans of camping etc as in the past. We will do the traditional visit to the cemetery and place some plants there. I can remember sitting with my grandmother and planning how to fill the urn there with certain plants and flowers. That was in 1966. I have done it that way every year except for those when I was away in the military. The part that irked me was having the urn stolen, replacing it, and then having that taken also. Now I use a huge synthetic urn that can be bought at most plant supply places. So far, no one steals those from this cemetery. The cemetery keepers are now encouraging people to plant directly in the ground. I haven't gone to that yet but it may happen soon.

Well, we "Turned the corner" finally on the remodel and got out of the "crooked corner" and into the dinning room proper and the Pergo is heading West, and is parallel to the west wall within less than 1/2 inch over 25 feet

Got the hutch moved back up next to the wall now and things are looking sweet.

Got a call yesterday on my Austroflamm insert and the dude was hot to get it.

Wants to come Monday afternoon and get it.

:thumbs: At least the conversation was with a person and not an "I WILL LIKE TO BUY" EMAIL

Wife and I took a small vacation in Ogunquit earlier this week. It's nice, we like to go before the place gets hectic. Will go back in Oct after high season ends. Every time we go up there, things have changed a bit from the prior visit. Frills is gone, and a new place called Brix and Brine is in the same location. We had lunch there one day, it was great - very similar to Frills. The new place that Frills moved to is called the New England House - over where the Hayloft used to be in Wells. Same great food and drinks, very nice sports bar setup. Had to have dinner at the Steakhouse too, of course! On the way home we stopped in Portsmouth and planned to have lunch at the Portsmouth Gas Light Co, only we found out they had a fire and closed back in December! They were working on repairs, so we went just down the street to Portsmouth Brewery for lunch. Had Smuttynose Old Brown Dog with lunch, man was that good!!! The food was fantastic too!

Re-reading the post you would think we do nothing but eat and drink on vacation. Oh well, nothing wrong with that!

Sounds like you got a busy weekend. I got nothing on my plate. Did the mowing yesterday, grass seems to be growing like crazy this year.

    Everyone enjoy the weekend.
