    Vodka float?

    I always had issues with root beer floats.
    1st, there is the decision on what root? Tree roots are just too much work. Dig the root cleann go thru 8 chains to cut it out. And then, no matter how hard one scubs, there are always nooks and crannies that you just can't get all the dirt out. That grit just doesn't do it for me.
    (And this from me, first thing in the am)

    Have it with the root beer. "Not Your Father's Root Beer" with ice cream gets the job done. If you haven't tried this yet or one of the copycat brands, you're missing out.

    That is what I use that otherwise too "sweet" stuff for. A nice scoop or two of ice cream and it is smooth sailing. This year I'm going to try it using Hard Orange soda.
