    It was my ash vac, a real one. With a heat resistant liner and an interior filter. The liner ended up melting in a few spots, the filter burned about 2 1/2 inch diameter. I order two more, I took a calculated risk..and cut the bottom of the door off. I will go get the regular dust vac next time. It's not to be repeated!!!

    That rain is predicted to be here this afternoon, but for some odd reason our temps are going to be high enough to keep it as rain. Odd January, I'm not upset with it. We had enough last year to last me for a very long time.

    Took advantage of the warmer temps today and moved some pellets around in the garage . Reloaded the pellet rack in the Man Cave p 43 will be getting a steady diet of PTL's for the next couple of weeks , was able to uncover my long lost Turman's from 2011 /12 season .

    Lasted about 30 minutes here ... Started about 10 minutes after I got on the road and stopped about 10 minutes after I got home.

    Roads were very slick and it seemed the sand truck was always doing the other side.

    WWW drove across the state today, almost turned around a few times. Constant wind blowing old snow on the pavement made it icy. I hope the highways do not close and he makes is home safely tonight.:picard:

    The winds are absolutely stanking here tonight! Wind blowing snow across these roads with all these open fields, almost two miles to any woods, is an everyday occurrence.

    Love that variety Will! Curious, what did those Turmans run you and how do you like them? Generally heard consistently good things, but I have never had an opportunity to burn them. None of the stores within a reasonable driving distance sell them. I think Robbins sold them for a season or two a few years ago (before they established a reputation) but since then, they are scarce.
