Well got a letter from Fidelity this afternoon, it appears my paper work was in order and I get my funds on 2/1/2016. I think that only took 7 months, Uncle Sam did better on the wife's Social Security at 5 months. The fastest was my Social Security. I'm celebrating with a hard cider. Now onward and upward.

Seared black on the outside and pretty much raw in the middle. The way I like them too.

They hold the races at the mill pond @ Caroline, WI right in front of the American Legion bar/restaurant... the three or four other ice venues are also associated with other pubs and taverns. Funny how that happens...

I get most of my stuff @ Zeb's in Tigerton or Siegel's in northern Waupaca county. Both self serve unless you pay them to pull the parts. I got my door latch today for $15.00.... $60.00 at the dealer.

Zeb's has cars dating back to the 1920's... neat joint.

29 here. I was chipping ice off the driveway and ditched the sweatshirt. This is T-shirt and jeans weather when working outside, as long as the sun is shining.

Have you ever had issues with it being too raw? by that I mean the fat didn't even get warm enough and stays hard as a rock.

I've seen this type of steak ordered as blue moon before. The fat staying rock hard was the common complaint.

I myself am a medium well man. Used to be well done(I know, blasphemy!).

We only have this one http://used-auto-parts-wi.com/site/...d-auto-parts-wi.com/Price_List_X5DS.html#2629 I like the menu pricing, no suprises. They can tell you what vehicles they have in the yard, but not what parts are on them.

Some of the best steaks I have eaten have been cold in the middle. As for cold fat, no, a good sear should at least warm it up. I often cook my steaks frozen to achieve the desired results.
