My domestic hot water is off the boiler other than for that and as backup if the stove has pooped the bed and if we go somewhere for a couple of days or if I go on the generator.

Yep, that jet stuff is kero.

So you were trying for white tail up in T7 and T8 range 11. I can sit on the front or back deck and see them critters if I want to get up early enough. I hunt garden varmints for the most part these days. Sometimes they are in a trap and sometimes not. Liked bird hunting better than deer, but I haven't seen a ruffed grouse or a rabbit since I arrived on this lot. There should be some of each.

I used to burn anthracite in an old refurbished gravity hot air furnace, it never was cold it that big old house even when outside was between 20 and 30 below or the power was out.

Long time no voice! I finally put the Harman Accentra back together with new board & combustion motor and still having issues. The Fahrenheit is put back together and waiting on installment. Still contemplating on vent for it(multifuel or not venting). We've been burning some canola seeds at work in the bark/sludge boiler and wow, it's dynamite(very, very volatile fuel). I cannot say too much for this summer, rain & cold as we speak. Pellet stash not been tended yet.....

I'd go multi fuel. Just for piece of mind. Even standard pellet vent will take a beating when just running pellets (if stove isn't running right).

So the one time cost is worth the piece of mind, IMO.

Keep us updated on the install :)

I'm with Dex. Not sure if you have access to corn or not, but corn was around $125/ton around here last time I checked, so I think I'll be burning a fair amount of corn this winter.

Well got a call this morning from the folks that are going to deliver my pellets on Tuesday wanting directions and land marks. The boss told them that after they drive by and can't find it to give us a call and she'll send me down to the end of the driveway to flag them down.

All I have to do now is remove all of my equipment for yard word out of the garage.

New dealer is way out of question, don't ask why. Parts bought online and DIY! No it's not my workmanship.....

3 blinks of death. Changed the dip switch setting no.5 and still 3 blinks, ggrr! Using the old ESP which was working before the board was switched over.

Double the amount of $ is a stumbling factor but might still be a go. When I get there which is soon it will be decided.

the 3 blink, huh? Not wanting to beat the dead horse, but whats the wire color? Also, check the connection to the board. Could simply be a coincidence, but maybe the probe is kaput? Red wire ESP= switch 5 ON, black wire ESP = switch 5 OFF......other than that, the only way to tell is to throw a DDM on the thing.

also, just for the heck of it, whats the series board you have, and the switch settings of ALL the switches? The board will have the part number, followed by a letter- I wanna know what that is. Keep in mind that there are at least 6 different series of that same board, and some switch settings aren't the same.......TYPICALLY, the Accentra FS will have:
    1. on
    2. off
    3. on
    4. off
    5. dep on probe (see above)
    6. on
    7. off
    8.off

Keep in mind this is BOARD DEPENDENT, and stove dependent! New boards come from HHT with switch 5 usually set to ON, for the stock red wire probe. Older stoves very well could have the old black wire probe, and wont function correctly id set incorrectly.

anuder thing to check on the Accentra FS and the XXV is the wire bus connection to the board....since they are mounted on a door that moves, if the wires are too tight, they can get partially unplugged, causing weird issues, when the door gets open/closed.

I'd think 10 stoves is a lot? Did you sell a lot of pellets as well?

The board I toke out was 3-20-05374 rev C and I put in 1-00-05886 from Earth Sense Energy Systems. I would have to open the door again to peek at the real number. Crazy thing is the distribution blower, exhaust blower stays on even when the setting is on off along with the periodic auger motor coming on for 1 second or two. My other board I had the exhaust blower would stay on indefinitely even when I tried a new red wire ESP. I have the black one.

It's those settings but for the black wire. On the paper sent along with my new board, it shows 3-20-05886E.
