    I grew up watching Captain Kangaroo...but really dont remember much of it.

    I Remember more of New Zoo Review, but that may have been more from Emmy Jo's short skirts and boots. :)

    Hmmmm, big frogs and huge wise owls-no wonder we experimented with certain things later in life :whistle:

    Jeep battery was getting long in the tooth and when the cold weather hit it was a bit too labored starting up. Since I only plan on having it for a short while longer I bought a "Value Power" battery from Wal-Mart, $49 bucks. Made in Wisconsin, it's gotta be good.

    I pulled off my best drunken bum impersonation this morning. I was going downstairs to shut off the furnace so I could give it a cleaning before the cold and snow comes later. My brain said one thing, foot did another, I missed the last step, and introduced my knee and eventually my face to the basement floor. No outward damage and all teeth are intact, just a cut on the inside of my lip.

    I haven't done that trick in a long time, and the last time I did it I'd been drinking.

    The good news is that the furnace is clean and I replaced the door gasket. All good to go when the cold comes tomorrow. :thumbs:
