    The road I live on has been busy today. I think everybody is feeling the push to enjoy the last nice weekend before winter (close to record highs this weekend).

    I save a vacation day for this. Its been tradition for me and my son for the last few years. Last weekend to get our kick's in before we put it away for the winter. Its a really long wait until the second Saturday in April!!



    This is the last weekend(and an extra Monday) for us. We usually get the boat ready for its nap(winterized). If we go out after this, Its usually just bank fishing once they lower the lake.Not as much fun but at least we get to keep fishing as long as the weather stays fairly warm.

    o_O Need to reassemble my one ton cleaning tools kit for tomorrow. Good news, my truck is in the garage, except my collection of particular stove tools is scattered Going soon before hubbys truck is in his spot and hard to search the temporary workbench. Wish me luck!!

    We compromise and make Presidents day and Columbus Day floaters where we are open but at half staff. I always take Columbus Day :thumbs:

    This is more like it......this chick can belt out a tune...almost saw them last Feb but the show was cancelled due to a blizzard. :headbang:

    When push comes to shove-Guitars, Drums and strong vocals is all that is needed for real R&R :cool:

    Thankfully there are a few young bands still kickin azz :thumbs:

    They did a small tour with Halestorm this past spring-That must have been a killer show !!

    Once I start the vodka, I start doing projects (Rule is no dangerous power tools after the 3rd :D, and nothing that takes finesse - always a great time for demolition or general sorting / cleaning work).

    I can always tell how much stuff I've gotten done (or not) by how often I have to go to the liquor store.
