    Thinking about this falls brewing while partaking of a hard apple cider from last fall. So far the list is more hard apple cider and a rather large batch of mead.

    Wife was out tending the garden when she spotted this critter. Though she was gonna get a cool butterfly but it turns out to be just a hawkmoth. Still pretty cool, and big! Almost 4 inches long!! Good thing it didn't eat one of the big matters!!
