The High Life is my second favorite of the group. I am a big fan of that Wachusett Summer

Seriously, there is a 250 gallon waste tank that resides under my camper. Included in the yearly rent is 4 pumpings of said tank. If more are needed its $30/per.

Had an oil change done in my car a week or so ago. I didn't drive it much until this weekend. I was coming back from up north and was smelling burning oil when I got off the highway. Pulled into a gas station, popped the hood and sure enough, the oil cap was on crooked. Oil was dripping down the valve cover into the exhaust manifold. I took a picture before I cleaned it up. Guess I'll give the service department at the dealership a call in the morning and recommend that they double check those things before closing the hood. And I guess I need to get back in the habit of checking those things when I get home.

I've pretty much switched to Chrome. Easier than Safari. Pics load no-problem.

Me too. I did the 'double oil filter gasket' trick a couple times back when I worked in a garage. Boss told me to double check the first time I did it. He ripped on me pretty good the second time. Never happened again. Makes a heck of a mess within the first 10 seconds of the engine being fired up.

:emb: Before our last engine, I was putting waaaaay too many miles on the old blazer per year, ~40K, had to fill the oil and power steering frequently due to leaks. Took off in a stiff breeze after checking and filling the oil in a hot engine, of course I smelled burning oil, it had been that way for awhile   I pulled up to my destination with a giant cloud of smoke pouring out from the hood, it was a small courtyard with businesses on all 3 sides, I worried I would set off the fire alarms:hair: . Popped the hood and there sat my 710 cap on on the frame where the hood locks (not screwed in where it should have been)

OK, I give up. I know you mean the "oil filler cap", but never heard it called a "710".
