    My grandson had a birthday party yesterday. My son bought him an ATV. He got a really good deal on it used. Need to get the safety equipment yet. I was thinking how things change. When I was six, I didn't even have a bike. Heck I didn't have a bike until I was old enough to earn and save up the money for it. Maybe it is time for Grandpa to find a senior friendly ATV and go riding with him! :BrianK:

    Came home from work to find the Fedex delivery guy had backed his truck up my driveway and into my classic '85 Monte Carlo SS. LR quarter, running light, & bumper damage. :(:(:( Also tore a big hole in the custom Evolution 3 car cover. :mad::mad::mad:

    They will have to pay up.....neighbor saw the truck, and the new pavement has all the evidence...... the dual rear tire tracks lead right up to the LR corner of the car.

    What a PIA.....gotta fight with them, and spend time getting an estimate. WHY is it always something???? :headbang:

    No, no note. I'm guessing he didn't even know he did it. Can't imagine if he did, he wouldn't leave one.....it was so obvious as I pulled into the driveway.

    Making some progress. So much had to be done before the sheetrock started.

    The first picture is our kitchen area. the knee wall had to be built out to accommodate the cabinets.
    The next two pictures are in the livingroom area. the first shows the hearth area, that is in the 2nd part of the room, to the right of that is a new window that my desk will go under. It is going to be a warm stop so fans will be a must. the next part shows the other end of the room. the TV will mount on the wall between the door and the corner window.
