    Got about 1/2" of the dam white chit this afternoon. F that....I'm not even touching a shovel......hope it melts tomorrow.;)

    Ahhhh....a nice Corona Light w/ lime is making me forget all about it. I'm sure 2 will get the job done. :cheers:

    I do, when I am not watching a kids show. A friend actually got on the show. Made it to the final round. Then missed an absolutely lay up for the puzzle. Cost him like 30 grand lol.

    That is the oldest manifold (there have been 2 updates since that manifold).

    The 2 pics I posted show the 2 newest versions of manifold.

    Your sail switch is likely the vertical hinge model as well. There is a horizontal hinge sail switch upgrade, exhaust manifold upgrade, as well as a combustion blower and impeller upgrade.

    The version of the control board is up to date.

    The dealer was telling the truth about the board. But there is likely 3 or 4 things that have been updated once or twice since that model.

    After you install it, post a pic or better yet a video of the burn and we can better help you diagnose what may need done to improve airflow.

    These are solid furnaces that work hard and heat well. I have been pushing mine the last 2 seasons to see how long I can go without cleaning and what kind of abuse it can take.
