Good when a doc is on your side. My Rheumatologist was the one who took action when I was having all sorts of issues. All the other doctors were about useless to what was going on.

For me it was my Oncologist that took the bull by the horns. He did my 1st biopsy himself because the hospital couldn't do it for 2 more weeks due to staffing shortage in the IR dept. When the results came back he then made special arrangements for my 1st chemo treatment the next morning, right in my hospital room. I was in such bad shape that he wouldnt wait even several days to get me a treatment in the treatment center.

The cancer dept and staff at Wentworth Douglas Hospital has been top notch for me.

For the first time in my life, I had someone else do the rear brakes and thermostat on my truck. The brakes should have been done last summer, luckily the pads held out enough (Im not driving much anymore) that I was able to use the original rotors.

Found someone 1/4 mile from me that does auto work at 85/hr at actual time spent and has a great reputation. He did both jobs for me in 1.5 hours labor 2 days ago. Wasnt worth it for me to even attempt this and then pay the price in my body.

Yesterday was brutal on my body with the weather. Ugh........

Was looking at a hummingbird migration map yesterday and saw there were a few sightings here in SE NH. So hobbled out and put a feeder up and saw one late afternoon.

I should make up some nectar to put out but now I have a date to attend a sixty wear class reunion with the first women I ever asked out. So I have to check with her for safety issues at our advanced age right Larry?

Both stoves got the end of season cleaning and damprid treatment today.

Put the humming bird feeder out yesterday morning. So far we have only seen the Baltimore Oriole at it. He comes back this time every year.

I just turned on the P43 as it has been very overcast and somewhat rainy since Thursday with about 2" of rain in that time (Yay, we need rain, and of the slow variety - Boo, always happens during the weekend). The house was down to 67 when I got up this morning. At least 2 more days of this cr*p, then it supposed to be just mostly cloudy with occasional showers

    Every spring JT every spring.

After decades of staying out of her home state someone will be paying a second visit to me and I get to meet her daughter if me can crawl into the car.
