Just home from work about 45 minutes ago-14" plus of sn*w so far and still falling.

Giving it another 20-30 minutes to be a bit closer to it finishing and heading out to start cleaning. Hopefully no cleaning required tomorrow before work but maybe a quick shoveling.

No, not a deer farm. Feeding at a wild deer yard. There are several yards within a couple miles of me. But that one is at 16 Ripps Road in Brownville, Maine and is tended by the McMan's most yards are not tended at all they are known by DWF folks and some locals. That one has a world wide audience.

Yesterday was a PTO day (so I don't lose more time because I'm at the limit). 3.5 hours of snow blowing and shoveling and a 1.5 hour meeting I had to attend for work.

After the first 6" or so, I went out and took care of all of my yard (driveway, berm to mailbox, parking area, all the paths and the front porch). Did not clean off the truck but did scrape everything around it down to asphalt. Did not do the neighbor's prch/walkway.

About 3:30 I went out and did it all over again. This time I also cleared of the truck and waded thru the chit to take care of the neighbor's stuff. There was at least a foot on those areas I hadn't previously taken care of. Got another 2-3" after that. More snow coming Wednesday, I sure hope my roof and solar panels dump part of their load before then.

That section is the only section that has dumped off my entire roof so far. When it goes, I'll get my exercise shoveling the ramp and in front of the garage door. Probably should roof rake my shed.

We only got a couple more inches. My brother out in Greenville and my daughter in Milford had power flickering on & off all day. Ours did flicker a couple times last night but never went out.

Will go out later as it warms up a little to clean cars off. Lori has a liver ultrasound this afternoon. She saw her PCP last week, he's stumped as well as to what caused her esophageal varices . She's having another endoscopy in 2 weeks. So far she seems to be doing OK but frustrated they don't know what caused it.

    Keurig coffee maker issues.

The other day the coffee maker started complaining that it needed it's boiler descaled......

After running vinegar through it and stinking up the house real good...ARRRRRRRRRRRGH
All seemed well.....ALMOST....The thing would drip for 5 minutes after making a cup of joe......

Decided to rip the thing apart......PLASTIC PARTS INSIDE.....Handle gently......Lift here while depressing buttons A and B sort of thing,

CAREFULLY Lest you will break the parts........

After getting the beast apart it was obvious why it was dripping.....The pod holder and lower baffle were nasty....skunked up with coffee grounds and I DO NOT WANT TO KNOW WHAT ELSE......

A good washing and all is well......

We have always kept a selection of the different flavored coffees on the counter close to the machine.....

One morning I find a pod in the middle of the floor.....

Some of Chupi's handy work.. (Cat)

It was time to figured out a better solution..

Ordered up a pod organizer unit......holds 36 pods....6 rows of 6 so it's easy to have your fav flavor at hand.

    Got it assembled this morning
Perfect fix for the problem of being organized

AND THE CAT WILL NOT BE USING THE PODS FOR TOYS....

Wanna bet? Unless there is a latch, the cat can get it open. Cats are like that. Don't ask!!:whistle:

My thought too - especially since Chupi can see the play toys. Also depends on the cat. If it was Spot, being the clever one,she would figure it out pretty quickly. Rainey isn't as clever, but is really good at following Spot's directions on how to do things. Rita just plain wouldn't even care - but then again, she wouldn't be up there to begin with.

If it was solid wood, where the pods couldn't be seen, then I'd be inclined to believe the pods were safe.
