if i lived up there in michigan last winter i'd have "stopped by to see mom" in november and wouldnt have left yet with the winter you guys got. lol

Bryan Park is quite a track, they have 2 courses there the Players and the Champions the 2011 public links championship was held there in 2011 on the champs course , but it wasnt open (too wet) when we went , the players course is a lot of fun though, lots of mounding , level changes tons of fairway bunkers though most of them were not an issue with me , they are too close to the tees i just bombed it over them for the most part.

Saw 58 degrees on the car thermometer on my way home from work.

Drinking a beer outdoors in a t-shirt. I think I feel a tear welling up in my eyes.

Thanks to melting snow, people who toss their beer cans before having to stop at the nearest major intersection for three miles and Michigan's bottle return law, I am now 90 cents richer.

More to come. I have another 50 feet of ditch that needs to melt yet.

Just hoping no trucker bombs show up as the melt continues. It's happened. Not pleasant.

Very cool. He/She may very well be vacationing for his first winter from up here. They travel alot at that age.

An eaglet that was hatched and spent his first summer a mile from here left the nest in the fall, spent the winter in CT, the early spring around Sebago Lake, ME, then came back down to Lake Winnepaukee for late spring, then a few miles from here for a week (must have been visiting mom and dad) and then off to Keene NH. This eaglet was tagged with a GPS that you can see in some of the many pics I got of him over his first summer. No more reports that I know of as the Audebon woman hasnt been around for 2 years now.

Too hard to see the antennae on the compressed photos, but here is a family picture with junior skwaking away at mom who is hoarding a fish on the bottom branch and not giving any up.

True, husband got an ATV with a snow plow, and we had a mild winter, he said the same thing. He has plowed 3 times this winter though we were literally snowed in 10 times last winter...... I think its My IS heats my home who keeps track of Murphy from "Murphy's Law"....

That does expire-a friend bought a 32" snow blower 3 winters ago and used it 3-4 times over the first 2 years they had it. That luck ran out big time this year :p
