Thank you all for the B day wishes.

One more year and the big 70

Yesterday and today we made two trips to Mt Hood to pick up a pair of tracks for the snow cat.

The tracks are too heavy to carry both at once on my trailer....

So we are now good to go.

I need to tear all the grousers off the old belts and then we will have enough parts to make kitty new shoes.....

Will end up with two 44" tracks...

These bad boys puts my skid steer to the test.

The original tracks are 57" wide.....weigh about 1500 lbs each......

There's one good thing about all this rain, Found out the cellar floods(I'm making sound worse than it is butt-I don't want water in my pellets)! :headbang:

Got me some more work to do!! I'll start by packing some gravel around the foundation and pitch the sloop away from it. Back of the shack is worser and I'll likely need a curtain drain and direct the downspout run off away. Literally the whole back yard sloops towards the house.

I make it sound worse than it really is, Older houses didn't do much for curtain drainage around the foundation. Only used soil for backfill. I kind of had a feeling it would happen in the wet seasons, Just hoping the previous owner addressed it.

No worries, I've had to deal with this sort in the past and have a good idea on the fix. Just another todo on the long list of chit it needs checked off.
