Been trying the NH Covid vaccine site for 5 min now. Just tells me I'm eligible but there is nothing about registering to get a shot. Why doesn't this surprise me?:picard:

UPDATE- at 8:10 it let me register. Note- it looks like if you answer Yes or Unknown to any of the "are you allergic to" questions (most pertain to the ingredients in the vaccines) it won't let you register. I went back and changed a couple of unknown to no (it gives you a list of the ingredients but I have no idea if I am allergic or not) then it let me register.

NH governor tweeted that the system was working well this morning. 20,000 people registered in the first 20 minutes..

150k registration in 10 hours. Not bad for a small state. That is about 9 weeks worth since the state is only receiving about 17k first doses per week.

Lori & I got emails last night to schedule appointments for the vaccine. I had gone to bed but she set hers up and got an appointment at Hampstead Hospital (it's a substance abuse facility about 5 miles from our house) on Feb 19. I did mine just now but the earliest day at Hampstead Hospital was Mar 3. Switched to the State of NH site in Exeter (I'm guessing a National Guard facility?) and got a Feb 13 appointment.

Lori is only 63 but with all her medical issues she qualified for this phase. Surprisingly both her primary doc and the Lahey Clinic both had already sent her info to the state to get her registered.

Saw this on the NH Reddit this morning. Too bad they are out of stock on a lot of their stuff and also too bad they don't sell posters of them.

Mid teens and windy, the time of year I turn the P43 to manual. Otherwise, it starts back up right after shutting down or even while it's still shutting down.

I'm using hi/lo on the beast. She's roast us out on manual. What about your room temp/stove temp mode?

Just asking no Harman experience here yonder. But maybe with the next shack? :D

Sorry - I'm calling stove temp "manual" . I usually use room temp and run it off a thermostat.

Got ours on room temp/manual and the Skytech set to run instead of thermo, feed rate turned down between 1-2. Room P43 is in is 78*, rest of downstairs about 72*, upstairs around 70. Also using the doug fir pellets and they give off great heat. Yep as we've gotten older warmer is better.

I'm thinking about what I should do today....cut the grass, trim the hedges, or put down more mulch. Oh, gotta check on those tulips coming up around the mailbox.

Gonna be 70* on Tuesday. T-shirt & shorts?

Just realized....it's the 2 yr. anniversary of my move to NC today. One of the best decisions I've ever made....love it here. People so friendly, pace of life is slower, obviously the weather is great (virtually no freakin sn*w!!).......yup, I'm happy.
