Some in Congress are imploring people NOT to go back to work. They want people dependent on government.

    Thanks B

While I was looking for an engine and transmission there were several listed locally, but it was an engine here and a tranny there...
NO IDEA AT ALL as to their condition

This one ran....and the fella started it and sent me a short video....

Having a complete package was also a nice perk too.

When he mentioned Camaro Sub frame my ears perked up just because they are a salable item.

Getting to use the $$$$ more than once is a great deal.

I grew up the kid of folks that were some of the early "American Pickers" back in the late 60's
They made their living buying and selling things....Antiques, furniture, nick nacks, and just about anything that was good auction material.....

I learned the trade well at an early age.....

Buy stuff, high grade it, sell off whats left and try to get all your $$$ back....do it again.

I will be honest...sometimes it does not happen quite this good....but that is the plan anyway.

Do I hear Socialist country ????

    I do not think so...
Take a good look a Venezuela....it's a real Chit hole now.

Nothing to get people to want to work to better themselves.

I have never understood why people will try to get socialism started .....it has never worked anywhere it has been tried.

Once it runs out of someone else's money it falls on it's azz

    A messssssss for sure/./././

Put the last bag of pellets for the year in. Didn’t think I’d use them all.

Gonna have our son pick up 5 more bags, seeing as it's always cold and rainy, and will be for the near future! Just enough to burn for a couple hours a day and take the chill off downstairs.

Usually by this time of the year we've shut the stove down till late fall, pulled the shrink film off the windows and have had some sunny, warm days to open some windows & get the house aired out.
But this "spring" we're running the stove for a couple cold rainy days, shut it down for the one sunny day we seem to have during the week and fire it up again every rainy Friday. I am still amazed now into our 8th season with the P43 how during this kind of weather pattern just running in maintenance burn between the infrequent calls for heat it keeps the whole house at 71*.

Well 18 more days of lockdown here in Mass. Time to head up to Smokey the Bear country and hunker down in my place on the lake. Plenty to do there even though the Maine Gov extended their lockdown (in a modified way) to May 31. The Maine economy is going to be crushed by this. Her soft opening doesn’t allow much to happen until July/August.

We are still running a bit of heat....the little Whitfield is doing the chores this morning..

Another hour or so and it will be shut down for the day.

A bit of wetter and cooler weather will be along in the next day or so.

A bit of all around smiles though as we are completing our first full season with both stoves operating on the Custom controllers.

    Not even one glitch....
I could not be happier with the outcome......

This summer I do want to order a few spare components ( Must be ordered to specs)

Between last seasons fiasco of having to change nut shell suppliers and then having to build the " Munchy" machine things have come along well....

Today maybe we will drag up a couple barrels of half shells and run them through Munchy.

    Been a trouble free season...
