I was in a good position, roof-wise, as the previous owner had just put new shingles on last year. I'm looking forward to see how these work too! Hopefully, no later than about the middle of Oct. should see the system activated.

We signed up for community solar here in town. The solar farms are still being completed, but should be up and running this fall. The concept is the same, we will pay the solar company a set rate, and presumably the amount of electricity produced at the farm will offset additional costs. We will see.

Another great day at Acadia. This pic is from Champlain Mt summit. The beechcroft trail is challenging and spectacular. Tonight what's for dinner ... Lobster and corn and wine. Not necessarily in that order!

Been having on and off issues accessing FHC the last couple days. Seems to be flapping in the breeze. Anyone else?

Yessss...The site was not accessible until a couple minutes ago.

    The Admins likely know wasssssssup.

    Might be a server issue/maintenance ???? or ???

Sitting here sipping my coffee and realized "THE CAT BOX NEEDS CLEANING"

Last trip to get cat litter I bough the giant plastic bucket of the stuff that was on sale..

    Never again.
    Going back to Fresh step.

Tidy cat was on sale really cheap.

The only good thing was the handy square bucket....

Within a couple days the house stunk..

    Arrrrrrrgh

I hope Grizz has it figured out as this is the only site I have had issue with and it is just a bit infuriating.

Server connectivity issues from what we hear. Seems to be sorted now.

More likely the butter you used on the lobster, makes them slippery.
