Thanks, this Quad is one of my all time favorite stoves! The custom loop Igniter is made to work on a regular t-Stat and is in the front of the fire pot so the pellets fall towards the front and it fires up quickly. The dump rod opens the bottom of the fire pot and dumps the ash so you do not get your fingers dirty. It is a big hit with my lady customers :)

Bags are lasting days now. Each one I wonder if it will be the last bag of the season, then we get 2 days like yesterday and today....and I open another bag

    Pics from this morning.

After getting the beast back together I headed to town and got a piece of aluminum tread plate bent to serve as the belt guard.
I WILL add a couple end pieces to assure fingers stay out.

Big issue was the real possibility of getting a coat tail in the belt, as that is the side I want to feed from.

I HAVE SEEN belts rip clothes right off unsuspecting operators... o_O

Added some set screw reliefs in the shaft.

I refuse to shovel the ramp to the back door. Should be melted by Saturday. Fortunately the driveway is mostly clear from the sun this afternoon (sure wasn't from the air temps :shiver:)

Did another run with the new munchy...
Ran the equivalent of two 5 gallon pails through to bring up for this evening.

That beast just inhaled the stuff....
