    Yeah they are. I love dogs but not home enough and its just not right for the dog to be cooped up all day. Plus when its blizzarding out, the cats have all they need inside. In the summer, these 2 go out when I leave for work and come in before or just after dark....kind of like us when we were kids. If I am working in the yard, they are always right around and hanging out, if not here, they are in the woods.

    I just picked up the pet carrier to put it away and both cats ran for the hills. Stupid, they are not :rofl: :lol:

    woo hoo blinds are up! Love him for my never ending honeydo list :) They are the wrong size, bought them for the old house right before we moved, but guess who's napping on the couch now?!? Yep, they work well enough even though looking a lil funny :)

    Went on a junk store run down to Sanford, stopped at Marden's and Ocean State Job Lots. The boss found some stuff and I looked at a lot of stuff that I didn't need so I didn't buy anything. When I got back home I cleaned the stove since my cleaning schedule is out of sync again. Will hit the 3 ton mark tomorrow morning when I top off the hopper.

    It is going to be a busy Thursday from the looks of things. First we have to get past the storm tomorrow.

    It was 12.9 below zero this morning when I looked before filling the hopper. The birds had hard water again and I had to break the ice ring so they could get some liquid water.

    Dear husband cooking the shrimp/scallops 7.00 pm during the game. I had asked him to buy a lemon to freshen the microwave after cleaning and he brought home a plastic lemon with juice in it. It took both of us to figure out the childproof lid :rofl: :lol:

    Cold. Snow. Wind.

    We got about 8 inches here, but the wind has been nuts since about 1 PM. I have a waist deep drift in front of my garage door that I had to get around to grab a couple bags of pellets from the barn.

    Nothing Jim Cantore worthy, just another winter day.

    8" of snow over night then some freezing rain ,now back to snow :(

    The old snow blower did it's job :thumbs: slow going as this chit is heavy , helped the neighbor get her driveway cleared , taking a ____ break( fill in the blank ) now :whistle: the plow finally came through and puts more chit at the end of the drive ,it's ok doing their job round 2 coming up .
