We can attack it from both sides with sawzalls :D

Got snow tires installed today. Was supposed to get Bridgestone Blizzaks, but they didn't come in so ended up with Continental Winter Contact. No matter, they will be a heck of a lot better than the performance highway tires that were on it (I assume anyway). I had them throw the summer tires in the back since they were new when I bought the truck. The nice thing is the Continentals are XL's - so if I decide to pick up a whole ton of pellets the next round, I can add more air and they will rate for more weight.

I'll get to test their traction tomorrow at 0-dark-thirty

I spent all morning removing, cleaning, and switching over the mag wheels on the '96 Camry w/ new sn!w (*redacted due to mod meltdown) white chit tires to the '00 Camry here. After wire-wheeling 22 years of road grime, wheel hub rust & brake dust off the inside of the mag wheels .. I looked like a coal miner. And smelled like PB Blaster. Yeah. And felt like :pain:. Beer is helping though. :coldone:

Be safe out there in the am B - NH DOT is usually scrambling 'like a squirrel trying to cross the road', before the first storm.

Perhaps you do not live far enough north to need them? :D

It is also down hill both ways in our driveway. We also have a beaver issue from time to time.

The tires that aren't down to the wear bars when checked the day before a storm? :zip:

We don't live way high up in God's Country like you do badbob . :D

Weather has truly sucked the past month - every time I've had a chance to change tires (not many), it's been raining. Hate jacking up (or working on) vehicles in the rain. :headbang: Ground just froze up here this week. :shiver: Before that, it's been a cold mud puddle.

It's now my most favorite time of year - to stay inside, and have a Beer! :coldone:
