Let me know and if the scheduling works, CleanFire and I can carpool down there and get some of it taken care of for you. I've been the recipient of help from good folks on FHC, time for me to pay it forward!

Sorry for the late response it has been one F Uped week and it taint over yet, still have another day to endure with more than half the team going to a company golf event of course with the exception of the Owner of the company whom yep will be at none other than Harvard Lowell Project to walk the site with none other than yours truly. It's so fricking crazy that this job is only 200 million and change and the company has hundreds of jobs from Washington DC to through NY CT MA to Northern Maine and the owner is obsessed with this damm job...

CF and Bogie I can't thank you enough for your offer I will be speaking to my brother to see if he can help me out which he would do in a heartbeat but has been working 7 days a week for over 7 months. I know you both are sincere and this little forum is giving me a reason not to loose hope in humanity. Can't express how fortunate I feel having found it and how much I appreciate all the great people here.
Once again thank you kindly !

    Well now.
The 2017 Mercedes Benz C 300 is finally gone (Sold my lease)

Got serious about getting a rig more suited to our needs (Ranch life..gravel roads and anything other than city streets and cozy garages)
Been snooping for nearly a month with marginal results.
Finally went back to a small PO-DUNK car lot across the valley (25 miles) and took a second look at a 2007 Chevy Avalanche we had looked at and driven a few weeks ago.

So it followed us home :D

130 K miles on the clock, but neat as a pin in and out.
The normal small scratches and things, but no worries.

    Lovely rig.

Gonna take me a week or two to get used to all different gizmos and such that GM has added over the years.

So we have all Chevies in the stable again.

The newbie has been affectionately dubbed "The GRAY GHOST"

Went out and got a set of Rubber floor mats for the beast...
Never could understand why the factory stuff always disappear on used rigs ???????

For some reason I had thought it was an already done deal. Congrats on your "new" vehicle. Hope it gives you many a year of good service.

    Thanks B

Well the deal was set in motion back in August, but it takes time to get a lease transferred.
All parties involved would have been very happy had the process taken far less time...

We had looked at several rigs during the interim, but the deals just kept falling apart for one reason or another.
The "Gray Ghost" was one we had looked at previously while waiting for the Benz lease transfer to be completed, and we ended up going back for a second look...and it followed us home..
