Good picture. Looks like it belongs in a National Geographic article.

Dusting off the old resume today preparing to look into changing employers. Looked at my list of personal references and wow, I don't even keep in touch with them anymore. Just emailed a Quality Manager that retired last summer to see if I can use him since I worked with him at two different places for a total of about 9 years (he's the one that got me into my current employer - and the reason I stayed so long). He may not want to be bothered during retirement so we'll see. Guess I will have to find a couple of trusted co-workers to fill in my list - definitely not going to any of the present management.

Sitting waiting to get what little hair I have left shortened, trying to avoid a instance where one of the young bucks at work gets fresh and with the everlasting ongoing stress and I give them a dirtnap.

Sun is poking out some and the melting is going pretty good. After I get outta here will head back Home and give my truck a good cleaning as I have to bring it to the shop for a recall, I guess someone decided that hydraulic steering that’s been around how long ? Should be replaced with electric and they are having serious problems with it.

Not looking forward to going back to work, but then again who is except a small percentage who actually enjoy their job. Wouldn’t that be nice !
MWP seem to be burning nice kicking out some good heat I think I will be happy with them.
    Happy Sunday everyone.

I flipping knew it now 6-12" localized 18"(as mentioned before i live in Localburg) . Maybe they are wrong like 2 storms ago where they blew it but maybe not....
Hmm Tuesday = the dreaded team meeting day Heavy Snow maybe means no show hmmm very tempting !
Still a winter storm watch so there is still some uncertainty, once it becomes a warning then its time to prepare for more white crap in the daily grind.

Heh maybe not but see some serious damming going on and we only got 16" of snow but looks like the weather ahead its going to melt away as its already melting away. Its not a structural concern but ice dam damage sucks big time if you have a nice finished house that is, I guess the good thing about my house being torn apart as I only have to worry about 4 rooms getting damaged
May have another 16" coming but enough has melted especially on my roof :Dthat it won't be of structural concern.

Come on BB you can't tell me they don't have Ice damming in Montana

I am pretty sure that they changed the law regarding bad weather on election day after the blizzard last March. Not real sure though.......

Last year there were 2 conflicting laws in place. Go figure :picard:

    • By state law, town elections are supposed to occur annually on the second Tuesday in March, with no exceptions. (Many towns also hold a formal town meeting on that day.)
    • But according to another state law, town officials have the explicit right to reschedule or postpone an election because of a weather emergency.
