Ok getting worse by the hours now up to 20” WTH but guess should have expected it after the calm winter we have had out my parts.

Seriously thinking of taking the verbal abuse of all the young bucks here and staying home for this one.
Thing is all but one that lives out by me (great kid the guy who milled that cedar for me) are all Flatlanders and just don’t get it.
Don’t think I want to load all them sand tubes back into my truck for some reason my backs killing me already, going to have to make an appointment with the bone crusher soon.

Would mean I would miss the Subcontractors Meeting (breaks my heart) hate the dang meeting anyways !

Well 2 pups escaped there enclosure this morning. Woke up to wifey complaining that she woke up late and I have to do something to prevent another prison break. Now looking at weather and maybe a foot of snow tomorrow. Hoping for lower winds than last storm and we keep our power.

I work from 5:30 (actually more like 5:15) until 3:30. If I leave any time after 3:45 the traffic is not conducive to my commute being less than an hour (usually it is 40-45 minutes). I've had it take 2.5 hours to go 30 miles home from work during a snow storm.

I've already told the boss man that I'm working from home Thursday - he said he will be too :D.

I'm in the snow slam area too. Add to this I have to go to ManhVegas for a meeting Wednesday AM instead of Barrington. Hopefully the whit chit hold off long enough to wrap it up and get the hell out of Dodge before it gets bad. The commute is a little over an hour with good weather.

THEN I am looking after the neighbors house. No dogs this time (only 1 lab left and she is with an inlaw so she isnt alone). Have to keep the pellet stove going as they have no furnace and feed the cat. Its a P43 that holds only a little more than a bag. Makes me appreciate the 78lb hopper on my P68. Their driveway is longer than mine so i will need to at least clear a path to get in and out.

My honey has a GI virus and was out of work last Tuesday thru Friday. Still has a touch of it. Her doc says it looks like Norovirus. Also says that nurses and doctors tend to not get sick often but when they do its a bad one.

Prison Warden Doggy. ... Good luck with that - I'm putting 10 bucks on the Pups. :D

'Cause you know they're gonna tag-team on whatever you try to do, to prevent Escape.

Me too Larry, & JT - a smart Dr. told me that alcohol kills the bad buggies.. Hope you both feel better soon, that version of the crud has been going around this area also lately.

I had the exact same 2 weeks ago. Took 2 weeks to finally get rid of all the symptoms.

That is provided it can be kept down or in. I got some GI issue last Monday. Never had it like that. Didnt clear till overnite Wednesday into Thursday. Fortunately, the "not keeping down" was monday for about 4 hours so i was able to try to keep up with fluids after that.

I've been a busy beaver the past few days. we had one of our rental condo's go empty at the end of Feb. that means cleaning/painting/fixing maintenance items/and some updating. new tenants to move in the 15th, which only gave us 2 weekends.

finished painting last night at about 7:30. I rolled, Kathryn cut in. well, ran out of paint with one bathroom closet cut in but not rolled! 5 gallons gone. wrapped the roller in plastic - it will stay till Friday. bedroom carpets were from 1986 - ripped them out.

I just have to install the window blinds, slider blind, fix a toilet flapper, re-install the wall plates, replace doorknobs and hinges, install bedroom closet shelf, install 2 new bi-fold doors in the bedrooms, etc.

then the carpet installer and carpet cleaner can complete the project.
