Would a signed affidavit from a UNH college student help? :D

Normally I would've pulled over to help w/ emergency flashers behind (w/ the liftgate up, there were only side brake lights visible), but said college student had work hours scheduled / we were already running close to her being late, so we had to press on.. He was still rolling it in the breakdown lane, after we passed though. The row of 8"x8" beam slabs sticking out on the bottom of the stack must have weighed close to 800 lbs. alone.. Crazy. :loco:

That's exactly what the stove does. Other stoves not on a stat will leave you with a cold house unless the owner ups the feed rate. Same difference except the Harman does it for us.

Yeah, guy was very lucky that no Law enforcement intervened - at least while we were following.. Best I can figure he was afraid of slowing down for fear of the load shifting further, w/ the busted strut.. But damm - not too smart to begin with.

and that is why the stove is so good! As long as we stay warm and don't have to play games turning it up or down, all is fine with me. Just dump them in, ck it in the morning and again at night to see if fill needed. Best bet is to top it off each time.

I don't sleep with covers over me. Just lay on the sheet. I do wear a t shirt. don't care for my shoulders being cold. :emb: I think I am too fat to be cold.

    Yes, those are MWP's.

I think so too - even thought it is the ST instead of the XT - the original owners must have saved $$ by not getting the loaded truck, but then put those $$ into tow package. It's always nice when you get a nice surprise when you buy a used vehicle.

Bet the flat tires help a lot with traction in icy conditions though

I like it cool, but hate cold sheets. I also only cover my feet most nights. Always have. Probably to protect me from the monsters that live under the bed.

Reminds me of the story someone had years ago when they were picking up a ton in their full size pu. Told the dealer the truck is around back just put it in the bed.

Well, he heard a loud pop pop pop on his way to the truck. The yard person loaded the ton of pellets into someone else small pickup that was there. Tires and suspension didnt do so good
