Well, All the coils ohmed good on the wifeys truck, Changed the boots and springs(contacts). Dielectric greased and reassembled. Took it for a spin and it seems OK. Hopefully if this isn't the issue it will throw a freakin code so I know which cylinder to mess with!!

What a PITA though!! Foot slipped off the bumper and skinned my shin up too!

    :grizz: :drunk: time!!

I'll mess with the mower another day!!

Cool and cloudy/dark day today. Didn't get ambitious until after noon - okay, more like 1 pm. Put down the book I was reading and got to work doing some planting and redistributing dirt .

    The long shot

    First row of plants.jpg

F-B: Hostas up front (one is still homeless), next back is false indigo, behind that is Leucanthumum Snow Cap (Shasta Daisy), and way back on the right is creeping phlox (which I've been holding in a bed for a couple of years). There are a couple of iris back behind the phlox which have been in a container for the last couple of years.

    driveway side plants.jpg

L-R: Hosta, two Veronica's, a different False Indigo, Leucanthumum (same one from previous picture). Way back up the hill is a container of day lilies that have also been in a holding area for a couple of years

I used some of the extra soil to cut in the edges of the loam sections.
    Sod cut in.jpg

Now thinking another row of landscape timbers would make it look better than trying to plant up that hill. We'll see what ambition has to say about it tomorrow.

All these high tech things they bolt onto our rigs now can be a real pita for sure.

Sadly there are times that the code will only get you under the hood and not point a finger at the total issue.

    Good luck

I could do without the Muggy so soon. June should be open windows and comfy weather time around here.

Crazy azz weather lately. One day it's like early April and feels like we need the stove, next day its mid August. Methinks Mother Nature is going through menopause or something with all these mood swings.
