I have the stuff to do a batch of mead which takes time and a batch of summer ale. Not sure about handling a 6 gallon batch. That is 50lbs of slosh and fermenter.

Thanks bud! Been hemming & hawing about getting this done for about a year.....so glad it's done. And with the Lux Geo stat I put in last year, I can control the A/C (& the heat) from my smart phone.....including getting hi & lo temp warnings.

Well, that may be a while, since the price of propane is so low.

    Nice looking unit

Our Evaporator drain pan is pretty sad and I really want to replace the entire A COIL
I got a nice young fella that's an HVAC tech to do the swap.

Originally I installed the entire system in the house, but wrestling with the coil and stuff is a job for a much younger creature than me.

May of 1994 was the maiden voyage of the unit and it still cools like a beast.

4 ton unit and it will keep this shack comfy even in 100 F weather

Old unit has a metal condensate drain pan and they rot out over time and leak into the air handler.

New stuff is nice plastic pans, never rot out.

Looks good and shows some good forethought about mowing / weed wacking.
